Updates On Former Siena Saints Pro Seasons: May 2015

Former Siena Saints Alex Franklin and Edwin Ubiles have teamed up once again as they are reunited playing for Vasqueros de Bayamon of the BSN in Puerto Rico.

In their first game playing together for Bayamon, Ubiles had 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists hitting the game-winner while Franklin added 7 points and 5 rebounds in a 77-75 comeback win over Mayaguez.

Franklin joined the team after finishing up the season in Israel playing for Maccabi Raanana where he played 15 games averaging 15.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.7 steals per game.

Ubiles was recently traded to Bayamon after playing 27 games for Manati, also of the BSN. He also began his season in Israel playing for  Maccabi Ashod. In 6 games there he averaged 9.2 points and 4.2 rebounds.

Franklin and Ubikes previously competed together on the Puerto Rican National Team.

Ronald Moore recently wrapped up his 5th professional season playing for JuveCaserta of the Italian SerieA League. He averaged 7.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.2 assists (4th in league) and 1.7 steals (3rd in league).

OD Anosike also played this season in the Italian SerieA where he competed for Sidigas Avellino in his second pro season. He averaged 11.5 points and a league leading 10.9 rebounds per game.

Kenny Hasbrouck recently concluded his 6th professional season playing for Ferrara of the Italian Silver 2 League. He led the league in scoring with 20.4 points per game and  2.1 steals (2nd in league). Hasbrouck led Ferrara to a second place finish with a record of 20-10.

Ryan Rossiter is now in his 4th pro season competing once again for Tochigi Brex of the NBL in Japan where he played last year. Currently in the playoff semifinals, Rossiter is averaging 19.9 points (5th in league), 13.1 rebounds (2nd), 3.1 assists (9th) and 1.1 blocks (8th).

Hasbrouck, Moore and Rossiter are looking to team up once again in the $1 million TBT Tournament.

Tay Fisher continues to entertain fans all over the world with the Harlem Globetrotters. “Firefly” is one of the team’s best shooters and holds the record for the most consecutive 4-point shots made, with 10. The signature shot is 35 feet from the basket, nearly 12 feet beyond the NBA’s three-point arc. Now in his 6th year with the Globetrotters, Fisher has played in 150 games over the last 5 1/2 months, with more to come this summer, after recovering from a serious knee injury.
